6.24.2008 - AC 650H1 With 2" Intake Snorkel & Speedwerx Slip-On Exhaust
We have been getting a lot of calls about Arctic Cat 650 H1 models with a 2" intake snorkel and our SPEEDWERX Slip-On Exhaust not being jetted properly. We spoke with Steel Horses about this issue and this is what they have been running:

150 Dyno Jet Main
Stock Pilot Jet (Make sure the your machine is not popping or backfiring on deceleration)
2.5 Turns Out On The Fuel Screw
Slide Drilled To 1/8" (Carb Slide Mod)
4 Rounds removed from the stock spring
Dyno Jet Needle In The 4th Clip
