DO NOT order any performance parts or services unless you have the technical ability to properly setup the entire machine to compensate for the installation of those parts.

References in many of our literature to "bolt-on" parts, only indicates the parts are removable from the engine (as opposed to porting or machining type modifications). It is not meant to imply that the parts can be installed without additional modification(s). The necessary work and expertise needed to install different products varies. Instructions, where provided, are given to assist in installation only; they are NOT a substitute for mechanical experience in setting up racing snowmobiles, watercraft or land-based vehicles. References to performance gains, reliability, ease of installment, etc. are based on our and outside customer's experiences. This is NOT a guarantee of similar performance in every installation. While we sell proven hardware, in the end, it's up to the individual racer to make the most of that hardware on his/her application.

PRICING
Prices are suggested retail and in U.S. funds. We will strive to keep the pricing the same, however, should cost in materials rise, or a misprint occur, we reserve the right to change pricing accordingly without notice.

ORDERING
Orders may be made by phone, fax or online.

PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders, pre-authorized personal checks and C.O.D. (Payable with Money Orders Only).

FREIGHT CHARGES
Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS
Customers may return product for in-store credit when the following procedures are followed: Under no circumstances will any product over 30 days old from invoice date be accepted or considered for return. Please call (651) 982-0600 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). You must include a copy of the original invoice and a note containing your name, address, phone number and a brief explanation for your return. Returns without this information will be delayed. All returns are for credit only. No cash/check refunds given. All returned items must be in new condition. Any installed or used item will not be accepted. You may try for fitment purposes only. Electronic merchandise, special orders or printed merchandise cannot be returned under any circumstance. Only new, uninstalled parts can be returned and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

WARRANTY
We do not guarantee the items sold by us or warranty the merchantability and fitness of purpose. The customer assumes responsibility for proper installation, maintenance and the results of modification. Electronic items carry no warranty.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Indicate "damaged" when you sign for the materials. Keep the shipping carton, hold the goods. Notify us by phone for instructions. Any damaged goods or shortages MUST BE reported within 10 days of the date of invoice.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
A $25.00 charge for processing will be assessed. All future shipments will be made credit card or certified check.

SHORTAGES
Hot Seat Performance must be notified within 3 days after receiving shipment of shortages to the order. Inspect all shipments thoroughly.
